I downloaded this mod but unfortunately I am unable to purchase the capes in the Divine Elegance shop. I followed the instructions completely in the readme and in the downloads section:1. I never had a previous mod of this so there was nothing to uninstall.2. I installed the latest version of BTMOD as said in the dowloads section.3. I extracted the files in the DATA folder of Oblivion.4. I activiated them in the Data Files section prior to starting the game, just like how i activated my natural environments mod. anything I missed?
