Willowhisper
Maybe I'm missing something, but how can you realistically hold down the left ctrl key to sneak while also pressing the W key to move forward. Isn't there a way to "always sneak" like there's a way to "always run"? I like playing a stealthy character, but even if I change the control for sneaking, it seems to be needlessly difficult to hold down two keys to move forward while sneaking. I really would appreciate hearing how others have coped with this. Thanks Willow

I position the keyboard so that my left wrist and arm are supported comfortably, then I use my left "pinky" finger to hold down the ctrl while using my middle finger for the W key. My index finger is then free to E - jump, R - magic, or F - fight. I hit the space bar with my thumb. Carpal Tunnel Syndrome is not a risk when you sit upright, press your palms flat together (like in prayer), and keeping your fore arms level in front of you. The stretch of your wrist muscles comes from rotating palms from pointing up to pointing down. Don't hurt yourself, just stretch from time to time until you can hold your hands pointing down for a count of half your age. Carpal tunnel is caused by wrist muscles thickening from use and pinching your nerves. They just need a stretch.

NitePlayer
Thanks Unclenoob  I do appreciate the tip. I just wish there was a better way to do this. :tongue:There is. With the Morrowind Code Patch you can select whether to toggle stealth or not. It also provides other useful things for Morrowind. You should be able to get the Code Patch here: http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=19510 If you don't have the expansions, it may not work. To use it, you should extract the files into the Morrowind Installation Directory.
