morroblivion i need help with it desperatly

if anyone knows how to work the morroblivon esp and nif converters please help me i cant do it i tried but the english readme is not very usfull sombody help me please il admit that i have NO idea wat im doing wen it comes to that mod please help i really want to use morroblivion

The reasons are that Bethesda, the maker of both Morrowind and Oblivion, has specifically forbidden the use of any Morrowind assets (rips) in any Oblivion mods that are uploaded online, and vice versa. And Morroblivion does this.

 

The reason given is that Bethesda does not directly own all of these assets, they were contracted from other developers under a deal that allowed them to be used only in one specific game. If they were to allow their use in mods, then Bethesda could be liable. They could be sued by the maker for violating their contract.

 

Use of both the Oblivion and Morrowind construction sets comes with a contract that any modder is supposed to agree to before using it. The terms are fairly liberal. However, that is one of the things that are against the contract.

 

Using assets from any other game in a mod uploaded for others to use, unless specifically allowed by the maker of that game is a copyright violation. As TesNexus does not wish to become a pirate site, we will continue to abide by the game makers request that we not support Morrowblivion.
