How can I make this mesh work? (Blender)

Hi!

My name's Maximilian and I'm very new to the forum, so I thought I'd start by saying hello!

With those trivialities out of the way, I have set out on a task I find quite harrowing and I would very much appreciate some assistance!

You see, I'm trying to bring my little brother's favourite toy into Fallout 3 as a custom meshed item and have created the mesh on Blender, exported it as a *.nif and carefully processed it through NifSkope (I've watched Artisten's tutorial an ungodly amount of times)... But G.E.C.K. dies when it tries to open it up, much to my dismay.

I use Blender version 2.6.2, and I'm convinced I'm actually doing something wrong from within Blender rather than on NifSkope, although I'm not 100% sure.

I've linked a zip containing the blender file, and two nif's (one before editing in NifSkope and one after), which contains the collision mesh - I haven't included the textures of course, so it will just look like a big grey onion. If someone could just take a quick look and tell me where I'm going wrong (if it is even anything wrong with the blender file), that would be totally awesome.

Sorry if this is an inappropriate thing to ask, but I've become obsessed with bring this peach-bean-jam-bun into the game for my brother (I may have lost my mind).
