Help With Spell

i dont know if this is where im supposed to post this but ok

i need help making spell effects

for example, i have see other spells which have effects like metor shower, summon lightning and so on and so forth but i cant figure out how to create effects like those. i have tried looking on the internet i went to cs.elderscrolls.com and some other places i cannot think of right now but can anyone help me with this because i would love to create these kinds of things but i just dont know how :P

If they're script effects, you can only create those spells in the CS. And, you have to enable the esps that have them. Otherwise, you just have to buy them from a vendor, and go to an alter of spell making, or get Dagger's Amulet (good job to dagger) and make a spell. I think summon lightning would be shock damage? And Meteor shower be fire damage? Otherwise, I don't know of it, but it would have to be a script effect. And you cannot put scripted effects into spells in game. Only in the CS. You didn't know that? o_O

i understand what you are trying to say but what i mean is when you cast meteor shower flaming rocks fall from the sky and another spell i have seen is "lets play catch" which causes a large pile of rocks to form in the sky and fall one you or another person

I have that mod, hilarity, those are script effects. As I said, you can only make spells with those scripted effects in the CS, with that esp enabled. But I've never heard of meteor shower.

Just as a warning, most of the people there are more likely to respond to a well written comment which uses proper garammar. If you're a non-native speaker, then just the attempt is fine. Messages with run on sentences, lack of capitalisation and punctuation, etc. tend to be ignored. This isn't meant to discourage you, it's just that using the CS is very finicky, and it's important to be able to express clearly what you want to do, and how you want to go about it.

 

Another option is just to open up the mod that provides these new spells in the CS, and poke around it trying to learn how it was made. Not the easiest method, but you learn a lot more that way.
