Burmecian problem

Hi.

 

I have just reinstalled Fallout 3 and started playing. I chose the Burmecian race to start with but got two problems. One is that I don't have the right hands. Instead of Burmecian hands I have Caucasian hands. The second problem is that the long hair is not showing correctly. There is something wrong with the textures so the hair is just flat with no details at all. Does anyone know how to fix this?
