Really, REALLY, weird problem involving mana

So, my game was working perfectly fine, then I installed Frostfall, Realistic Needs and Diseases, and a few other small mods. I went to start a new file and as soon as I left the alternate start "start" area, my mana just drops to 0, and it wont regen. I tried using console commands to set my mana regen rate, I tried using mana potions, I tried leveling up (It wont let me use the console command to force a level up, which is also really strange... no error message, just nothing happens). I've already deactivated the mods I installed 1 by 1 to see what the problem was, but it's still there. I really don't know what happened, or what to do... if someone can give me a good way to get a .txt file of my load order I'd be more then happy to post it, but the load order file in my local appdata is a jumpled mess for some reason.

So any help would be greatly appreciated... I've also tried using boss and loot to try to fix the problem, but no luck.

Sounds like one of the mods dose not like another one, try and figure out which mod changes mana stuff the install them one at a time from a save point beyond the start cave and see if it works or not. Keep installing the mods untill they are all there or you find the one that is doing it, you might first try using boss to sort the load order.

Another thing, even if I stay in the alternate start area and I use up all my magic, it wont regenerate from 0, but it will regen if I don't completely hit 0.

And ZippyDSMlee, I already tried those. I'm at a complete loss here.
