Crash on Save

I have installed several Warhammer 40k MODS for Fallout 3 (in the same manner that is described in the topic pinned at the top of this forum). All seemed to be going well, I started my character, got a few of the new items, and saw a bunch of the new NPCs. However now the game seems to crash every time I save (and quite regularly when loading new areas), even after I make use of the suicide methods mentioned by people. Im hardly experienced with any of this, and I know this has been covered once or twice before in other threads, but a simplified walk through of some attempts to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

 

Here's a list of what Ive downloaded, the ones with an X beside them are the ones Ive been trying to use all at once.

You need to run fo3edit master update. Instructions for how to do this are on the main fo3edit description page.

I got master update to run, after closing it it appears that it was unable to alter any of the files. It didnt give a reason as to why it couldnt rename any of them. I tried launching the game anyways, to see if it made any difference, but all the crashes persisted.

Post a screen of the error. I'm sure it did give a reason.

The same error occurred for every mod file.
