missmjolnir
Okay so I've downloaded a handful of mods and I'm not using them all at once. However, I started to have crazy graphic errors, where my whole screen would be covered in jagged angles of different colours. I had to do the battle in Redcliffe village relying only on the highlighted character circles. I'm sad to say that Mayor Murdoch was slain in the chaos. I think the main issue was my use of the Talent_books while having the attack_skill_talent_book addon enabled. I disabled both of them, forced it to load, and it seemed to get a bit better until I added the purple rogue armour set and now it's just as bad. Heeelp! AbrasaxDrake
Force loading causes a lot of problems, because the save game file still refers to code that has been removed when you uninstall mods that have been installed via daupdater/DAModder/DAMM (.dazip files). There is very little(if anything) that can be done abvout your saved files now. To avoid such problems i always create a new char with all Non-Bioware DLC disabled. I then save and enable the mods that i know dont cause any problems. Before i try a new mod, i make a new save file before enableing it, and make sure never to save over any other files while the mod is enabled. This way if the new mod causes problems i only have to replay from the point at which i installed it.
