I need some help with my first mod.

First of all, i have these models, and i am fitting them on a Scar-L model, the problem is, i got this scar L

from the fook2 v1.1 beta 2 weapon meshes folder, and i dont know who to ask to get permission to upload the modified model, note, that the mesh hasnt even been made into a mod witht the geck yet, its still just a mesh, with some meshes from from the weapon upgrade kit i posted before. First off, I don't know how to add textures, nifskope just looks like this:

So anyway I tried looking at the model in the GECK just to see if nifskope only lets you view models in white, but now the weapon upgrade kit meshes don't even show up in the geck.

 

 

So with that story brings me to some questions.

 

How can I add textures?

 

Who do I get permission from for the original Scar-L model to upload?
