Abiel92
Hello, after many trouble, i have activated the toolset now i want to use the toolset to modify a script in a campaign module. This module is completed in form of a dazip now i want to change a script to be able to modify the character generation and also import a save to the module. For the moment the module allow me only to use a pre selected character created as creature, now i dont know how to modify the event type to be able to access to the character creation and also to import a save with all the stuff in the inventory from the original game. the mod is the rose of eternity a beautiful campaign, but i dont like the main character. This is good also to be able to modify others campaign and module dazip file i think, that someone has already created but for one reason or another they use a preselected character. thanks. mcgoy
Have you asked the mod author's permission? No? I didn't think so. What you want to do, is going to be difficult and time consuming at best. Since it is also unethical, the only advice I can give you is to go to the toolset wiki and learn to use the toolset:http://social.bioware.com/wiki/datoolset/index.php/Main_Page

It's not unethical if you're making the changes for use in your own game on your own machine. It's only a problem if you publish the results for others to use without having obtained the original author's permission.
