Oh and good n8 Zap! :biggrin: 2And actually, there are like 18 games that bear the Fanal Fantasy name...(Final Fantasy 1-13, X2, Crystal Chronicles, Mystic Quest, Final Fantasy Tactics, and Dirge of Cerberus) The reason the game was called Final Fantasy that was that it was released after the "bubble economy" in Japan burst. Square Soft was making some perfectly mediocre games and was loosing money. The pooled all of their resources into one last-ditch effort to keep from going under. They turned to the RPG niche (which does well in Japan), and took their best shot. They chose Final Fantasy to drive home the point that if this game flopped, they were sunk.
