"There's more where that came from" Problem

I made a youtube vid for this problem. I'm new to the forums, but not computers/gaming. I just recently ran into this problem, and thought I'd ask before attempting a million different things for hours.

My audio skips oddly on the add-on pack songs, I changed nothing in the files, and I'm running the 40 count, and both parts of pack 1 and 2. I didn't have this problem before with a prior install. but since I upgraded to Win7 and reinstalled everything, I have had it.

 

I have all the DLCs and some other mods & load order, the picture link of my FOMM is Picpaste: /MyFO3Mods.jpg

 

The audio skipping only occurs with GNR, not Enclave, or any of the DLC signals.

 

Any ideas , information, or SURE resolves would be greatly appreciated.

Edit: Also I've found that if I turn GNR on with a radio in the game, like a Jukebox or something, the songs do not skip.

Damn, that skipping sound was annoying.

 

I'm lucky not having experienced this, but I'm tracking Radio Stutter Fix just in case. Pray it works, eh?

Didn't change anything for the add-on songs. Thanks for suggestion though.
