LE Wow like Shaman Totems

My main for Wow is a shaman and summoning a totem at my feet to fire balls of fire or heal me and my raid members is one of the coolest things there is. Just imagine, you as a role player decide one day that you would like to start a new skyrim game as a shaman, or change your path mid game, you would be able to summon a totem at your feet with a base health that would aid you in battle.

 

The way i see this working is, just like in wow. When you enter a skirmish you put out your totems right away to let them do their individual jobs and let there cool down run. The skyrim versions i can see them lasting for a cirtain period of time. You cast the spell from your hands and the totem summons at your feet or right next to you. It's stationary. Its has a base health. Can be destroyed. (this would be a companion that is summoned but is stationary). I would love to see the totems have some of the same abilities like in wow, ex. fire ball, summon earth/fire/wind guardians, healing abilities and so on.

 

Another cool feature would be to have race specific totems like in wow. How this would go about i dont know. Maybe you seek a "Shaman" that is sitting in a Tavern or he is secluded in the end of a dungeon. He/she would reconize what race you are and give you the spell ability to summon your race specific totems. The totems would have to reflect that race in its design. Ex. In wow, troll totems look very native and have spears and such while a Dranei totem looks very alien like it came off another planet.

 

For skyrim maybe an orc would have a very strong looking totem. A impearial would summon a totem fit for there high class taste. A nordic totem i can see being made out of wood and have carvings with older jewelry

 

another idea: going along with the player totems, why would it have to be player specific? Why cant the Dwarven machinery have a totem that looks as though it was made out of the very machines that were casting it, the forsworn would make a great native looking totem. Falmer shamans would summon maybe a insect looking one?

 

Vampires: Vampire shamans should most definanlty have their very own totems. Absord 5 points of health per/s totem as an example. How this totem would look, i can see it now, a dark material with maybe some jewels or other fashion pieces, with an added feature of blood dripping.

 

Blood dripping leads into next idea: Animations, this is a small but good feature that would i know make me say whoa. Having maybe some glowing orbs spinning around the totems that you casted would look so cool, i dont know how hard that would be but it would be worth the looks.

 

 

I dont know if it is at all possible make this mod, or it would take a very long time. I just know that this is a great idea and would be the perfect mod for anyone that would want to have another relation to Wow, or just want to try somthing that hasnt really been done in the world of skyrim yet that i know of.
