yowman Posted November 12, 2014 Share Posted November 12, 2014 i am attempting to bring celes from ff6 into skyrim. problem is, i cannot for the life of me figure out how to do it. my plan is to make her as her own class, with her power being runic from ff6 (for those who don't know, runic is a power that lets the user block spells completely and absorb the magic they used.) i think the best way to do this would be to add a power that gives her one-handed swords an ability similar to a ward, (also to be noted, one handed swords are the only weapon she could use to absorb magic in ff6) but one that absorbs magic and costs none to use. if anyone has any advice on how to do that, i could really use the help because i don't really get how to use the creation kit at all, but i want to learn. also, i would give her slightly above average beginning magicka, since she was a mage. i also need to figure out how to give the power a cooldown, but only have it last about 30 seconds. if i can get all of this to work, i also want to release a version that can use the ability with any weapon. if anyone can help me figure out how to do this, it would be much appreciated, or if you wanted to do it yourself thats fine too... just let me know when its done :smile: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
yowman Posted November 12, 2014 Author Share Posted November 12, 2014 also, i plan to make her as a follower, with the intention that she is made the main character through the alternate actors mod. i then want to release a customizable version as a starter race called the templars (as in the mage hunting version from dragon age).
