Cube Experimental v1.0.4 help

I have FO3 v1.7 (latest) running FOSE v087A (latest) through FOMM v0.12.3 (latest), and im trying out the Cube Experimental v 1.0.4 (latest, has English and 5 other languages) mod, and it seems to load fine, except when I get to the elctrical switch right behind the large metal door that needs to be unsealed, after activateing the switch I get a CTD.

 

Please help this mod looks and sounds incredible.

Hmmm, I'm not familiar with any of those mods... I have a suggestion though, go to the house of the Cube mod and make a new save file, then disable all of them and see if you still get ctd's. If you don't then its time to play Find The Mod! Toggle on one and one untill you get the ctd again. If you still get ctd's after disabling all of them then... I guess... corrupted download of the cube mod? Additionally, a bird told me that the latest FOMM have a glitch or somethin' that causes it to half-ass the install of mods causing instabilities. Take that with a grain of salt though, them birds can't be trusted.

hmmm okay.. thanks for the quick replay ill try it out now

 

ok i tried disabling everything didnt work, then i tried removing all my weapons, still didnt work, so then i moved onto my apparel, still didnt work, BUT, without any weps or apparel i managed to see the start of the scene. It went to the circuit board thing and then a little light flashes then CTD. :(.... maybe the rest of my stuff too?

Bah, how annoying.

 

That's actually good news, now you know its not any mods fault. The only thing left is a re-download of Cube Experimental 'cus it must be a corrupt install. If it still doesn't work then... I don't know :confused:

 

EDIT; Those commands are for unrelated problems, you get items in the playthrough but you cannot access the PipBoy at any time during the stay in the Cube. It should say "If you have problems unequipping stuff." that way it makes more sense. I haven't heard of any reason the startup cutscene should cause a ctd, though.
