Hair and Tints problems of compatibilty

Is there any one here who could help me as sertainly many peeple whit 3 override mods by compiling them together (dont know how to do no tutorial about it) like Altorian did whit orther mods and Natural Bodies all in one

I agree the ChargenMorph Compiler has saved me many a headache, especially with the Pineapple's Tints and More Hairstyles.
