Crashing when fast traveling anywhere

I randomly crash whenever I fast travel anywhere, could it be that I cheated "tmm 1" to get the markers?

I don't think it is any mods that is causing this as I have tried unactivating them all but it still crashed.

Is it only fast travel, or on any save?

Have you run fo3edit master update? Check the fo3edit description page for instructions.

I just downloaded FO3Edit but I don't know what to do with it, it just looks like the GECK.

just to be sure here: the modlist you've posted above is not your actual loading order, is it?

 

to run a masterupdate you need to rename the file fo3edit.exe to fo3masterupdate.exe
