crippknottick
Here is the first release. Play around with a bit while I add a believable way to implement this into the game world. (SolarFire, this is where your creative contribution comes into play.) Whenever the mesh is ready send me a copy with the textures. I'd like to make two, one reddish-pink, and one green. The green will show up on the male players and the reddish-pink will show up on the female players. I have icons already included with the download. The plugin still needs stuff added though. No rush for a final release yet. alonsomartinez
they are right you just need to tone down the orange ness and ecentuate the stars in my opinion Im making a blue ref green and pink scouter is that okay ?

alonsomartinez
I just realized I have to add transparency to the model ... That will require all new meshing I thought I was finished
SolarFire
dude.... i love that *bleep* the scouter does when you use it! to think i actually had this good of an idea, and tell you guys about it.... i really thank you guys! EDIT: just tested it. i think its incredible. i do have an idea for it though. instead of the message popping up on the screen's upper left corner, how about glowing statistic lines (like they have in schematics) to tell you what their stats are all at once? like this? the color of the scouter will change the color of the lines and text. in this case, its a blue scouter. (i whipped this up in photoshop.) http://i888.photobucket.com/albums/ac86/Strato_GLC/OblivionShields.jpg oh, yeah, its safe to enchant your Scouter guys. i enchanted mine. now its called the "Ice-Proof Scouter". as the name hints, it is enchanted with "Frost Shield". so now you can make your scouter your own.
