How to fix textures in FNV

So my textures over FNV Dead Money are horrible images look ugly, the characters will not look complete only see your face and nothing else, the floor is not flat is shadow objects are in the sky that awful will be textures, graphs will tell me a solution, a way to fix that problem solving and learning to others, etc, or is there any solution
