Something I would love to see is something in the style of "The Retreat" except a bit better laid out and entirely in the exterior cell. So a fairly decent sized building all done in the exterior cell. But then I also loved the Yevics townhouse for all the little things like the toggleable curtains and fireplaces. One of the things that bugs me about the Retreat though is the living area being so close to the front door considering it places a big emphasis on defence with those turrets. I know I'm being a bit finicky but ah well I'm no modder so who knows maybe someone will be able to realise the housing mod of my dreams. The main thing I love about exterior cell housing is that you can actually look out the windows and see the world. Plus I always like my homes to be on the edge of DC.
