Imagine a genderized Mehrunes Dagon *shivers at the thought* Yeah, that's in the Sexualized Creatures mod too. :) Anyway Ferryt, you do bring up a good point on the Goblins, Xivilai, etc. I suppose I should rephrase my comment to say "I would disagree with having such creatures no longer use clothing". If it was done as you say - clothing as an inventory item, which the Goblin etc. wears (for example when you first encounter it) but can be removed - that would actually be preferable in my mind too.
