Rainbow faces?

So, I had recently removes some mods from my Fallout New Vegas, and now NPC's have rainbow faces that resemble snow on a television. Mostly female NPC's and male elderly NPC's suffer from it.

If you changed the texture size in the options, change it back to Large.

I've managed to fix this, for the most part.
