Stutter Problems

I have been playing nv for a while now but until recently have been having troubles with some damn stuttering issues. The icing on the cake is that I have stutter remover, 4gb, and enboost up and running and none of those are working.

Well you're not alone mate. It doesn't matter what I do. Stutter Remover, Performance enhancing mods, 4GB, NVSE, Configurator... Turn off the grass. Turn down all the settings. Run it vanilla. Re-install... NOTHING gets rid of my piss poor framerate and the stutter.

Every time I pan the camera... Skip, skip, skip, skip... I'm running a high end rig complete with a GTX 970, 16GB RAM and an i54690k quad core cpu. When one spends over $2000 on a PC then this antiquated game should be NOTHING to it... But I'm getting dips from 60 to 30 to even 19 and back which is causing chaos on my screen.

Can't be my rig. Thing runs Metro Redux perfectly at Ultra...

Starting to think it's just incompetence from Bethesda and Obsidian... Wouldn't surprise me given the former's track record...

how about REMOVING stutter remover?

i know it might seem counter intuitive, but truth is, it's a good piece of software but it doesn't do magic. in MY system, it actually makes things worse!, so you might want to try that.

 

also, having a nice computer doesn't guarantee that performance will be flawless in the game. try removing a few mods and reducing visual quality. start at minimum and go up from there. specially with ugrids to load, the closer you are to 10 the worse it gets. above that it's just unplayable
