failed to determine binary type: 193

I had put Skyrim down for a while and decided to check out Perkus Maximus. In doing so, I decided to update my mods.

The problem I'm having, is I can not get any SkyProc patchers to run (ASIS, AV, DSR, and PerMa).

I am getting the error "failed to determine binary type: 193". I have updated my Java (I think). I am running MO as an administrator. I have followed the STEP WIKI in adding the .jar files as executables.

Any advice or help would be much appreciated. Thanks to all.
