i don't know how to help. i do have one question regarding your mod, does this mod conflict with open cities? if the answer to this is yes they do conflict. then is there anyway that they could be compatible because i think that your idea is exactly what oblivion needed. i also like the open cities mod. i think that the morrowind cities where not much smaller and there were alot more things to do in morrowind, and more towns ect. Thank you for contributing such a good mod to the community(once it gets released).

The problem with Open Cities is this. Any mod that places, or changes something inside a city would run into problems. There is also the issue of increased loading times while moving when being near any city. As well as the activities of people inside that city being constantly processed while you are nearby. Load doors and world changes however allow the cities to go into a lower processing mode when the player is not inside them. I would imagine this to be why Beth went with having them as their own space.

The only way additions to a city could work with/without open cities is to add more buildings around outside the city walls, but this too can run into problems with certain key storylines. Adding more stuff inside cities, without expanding their walls, at worst leads to a distortion of space where the city is smaller outside, but larger on the inside. In regards to somewhere like skingrad and bruma, this could be quite noticable since the inside of the city can be seen from outside. Quest markers on the map might also see a similar distortion.

no sorry it wont be making my mod in the style of open cities. you got to think about the little guy and the little guy would get a lot of lag......poor little guy.but i will make the cities larger from the outside to compensate for whats inside still would love any help on my little q&a i also thought i might mention that the additional areas will be inspired from the way the cities already layed out so it doesnt look odd

Thanks for the fast reply and it's to bad for the big guy's who's computers are like three and four times the computer of mine. but good looking out for the small guy cause i sometimes get like 2 fps. and that really sucks. i Read somthing that there was a program that allowed you to mend two mods together or like somthin like you could use world objects from another mod in your own mod. i wonder if this same program could be used to combine the effects of the two mods?? don't worry it too much,
