What it did was to make it so that magic items level up with you as you level up, because it's kind of a pain in the ass to get some badass item at a low level, and two levels later it's a PoS. The problem I've had finding it is that if I recall correctly the name of the mod had nothing at all to do with what it does. Can anyone out there point me in the correct direction?
