[Suggestion] Premium members can rate files even within the first 24 h

I just signed up and paid for premium membership. I want to endorse all of the files I download and enjoys but it says I can't endorse files until 24 hours after registration. I think this should be void for premium members.

I'm not sure what the issue would be for waiting 24 hours the first time after registering an account in general. It's a safety measure so that people won't go negatively as it could be taken if someone just registered might never have downloaded/installed mods before and made the common mistake of not installing it properly and will go all blame on the modder (besides of a proper time to judge mods.). Premium members can be evil just as evil as normal members, they should be threated equally and protected against themselves. :devil:

Those are valid points Pronam, but I think the 24hr wait after new registrations is more likely a small roadblock in the way of rating abuse, either by people soliciting their non-member friends to join and rate their mod, or by those who might try to create multiple accounts to do so.
