Not really sure why, but there it is.And I have this idea circulating in my head for a set of objects that grant perks when worn. Not vanilla perks, but different ones. Mainly so that you can give followers perks.I was considering using stewb's Materia for this purpose.The delivery system is what has really been bugging me. I wanted to make a use for that useless pre-war money.My idea is to populate the wastes with machines that take pre-war money and give you a random materia. Like those machines in stores that give you something inside the lil plastic bubbles.Would that even be possible?
