Help My FO3 Keeps Freezing

Please help, my game keeps freezing really early upon start up.

My first start up froze right at the birthday party. Then I loaded it up and it froze while trying to continue my last save file. Please help, I've had to re-install the game twice already and Im dying to play :(

I'm trying to fix this myself but any help would be greatly appreciated.
