I've been playing Fallout 3 for several years now. Just started playing mods since this summer and now I'm giving a hand at modding! I've modded some things in Skyrim so I have a little experience. Anyway Its going to take place in Northern Wisconsin and slightly south of Michigan (UP). I'm using Google Earth to map out some of the more major locations. Best of all its more of a wilderness theme them downtown DC. If any of you guys liked point look outs major plant life and that then I'm sure you'll enjoy some of the outer areas! Oh and thinking about a new major faction you can join XD with rival factions. Or join either side like Fallout New Vegas! I do not have much modding experience with custom meshing so may implement custom armors with Vanilla meshes until a later time when I could learn how to do it. XD Cheers!
