can't find FWE control panel

hey, i just bought fallout 3 goty edition retail and installed some mods using FOMM and installked fose

when i enter the pip bo i can't find the FWE menu in the apparel section but the mod is working since it offered me an alternative start in the beginning + i was able to choose the goul face..

Its in the Items/apparel section of your pipboy.

i deactivated all the other mods but nothing is working.

If you are talking about the beginning shack used with FWE's alternate starts, you don't receive the <FWE Control Panel> item (I think that's what it's called) until after you've left the shack via the mattress. It will appear in the Apparel tab of your inventory. Depending on how many mods you are using, it may take a minute before it appears in your inventory.

 

What does the FWE menu do, precisely?

 

The FWE Control Panel allows you to configure all sorts of settings for FWE, its integrated mods, and other select supported mods (if you are using those mods.) The only other mods I've seen under the Supported Mods section of the FWE Control Panel are Mart's Mutant Mod and the Follower's Enhanced plugin that comes with FWE. I don't know how many more supported mods there are. If you use FWE, play around with the FWE Control Panel. You can always restore the default FWE settings if necessary.
