Mod error or the way this is supposed to be?

I installed OOO, performed the save game update step 2 (since I had started playing then installed OOO), and received a box in game when loading that some items/things may not be available or some such thing. I clicked ok, then in-game found my former strength of 210 down to 151 and my weight was 415!

 

Does OOO change / add weights to things? T.I.E?
