Zaroth0
I had the same problem, crashing literally within seconds of start-up before the first slide. I tried starting with fomm and the normal launcher, putting fix .ddl files in, making sure my .ini was properly configured, checked FO3edit for incompatibilities and made patches, tried loading with just the official dll and only FO3, downloaded the latest official patch, tried the unofficial patch, restarted my computer, ensured I had the latest versions of FOMM and FOSE, going into properties and running comparability packages, running as administrator, and even completely reinstalled Fallout, my DLC, and mods and NOTHING worked. I was just able to finally fix it though, I uninstalled Fallout 3, cleaned my registry files with Ccleaner, reinstalled Fallout in a folder other than the default directory, FOMM, FOSE, and patched to 1.6. Thanks I did that and it worked for about 2~3 days and it stopped working again...
