Evangelion_2014
Well, if you're THAT violent, just get a spell that shoots everything in the air. Guards, however, will respawn. They actually did that in morrowind, since all spell effects stack, he cast the spell in balmorra, and ended up killing everything except for skaal village, tel branora and sadrith mora. Apacheman
Hey don't dis the Psychologist! Dr. Phil is one and I see two and take a gram of meds a day including Zoloft and an anti-psychotic. Again, let me reitterate: "If you want mass slaughter go play an RTS or GTA" I agree with Evangelion_2014. If you are really in need of violence play GTA, Oblivion isnt designed to be a "Rule the World" type game. I might go on a rampage in Oblivion every now and then, but i'll just get bored and load a saved game to start questing again. 8)

But I tried that in Morrowind, and everyone just fell over, like I used an area spell with all the elements, but in Oblivion, I used Enemies Explode, and all these muggers (downloaded something that makes there be muggers) went flying into Lake Rumare. Ha! Good times...

It's called "Humanity" and is widely practised by americans (who, of course, practices it in other countrys) Go get Hitman: Bloodmoney or Doom. sleaaels
Why do you want a George Bush Mod. for??...OH lol sorry, i mistook your mod request, its uncanny how the descriptions are so similar. What you described is a normal strategy game, pure and simple. If you want to have an avatar and all out war, play spellforce.
thursti
or play dawn of war, lots of shooty things that kill XD. But seriously whats the good in owning the whole city? Great you killed everyone, but guess what? Now you have no one to rule, what's the point in being emperor then? Also now you can't buy weapons! Robert_evrae
I would like to 'own' a whole city. So far I've cleared out half of the Market District - pickpocket the people for keys, then loot the place. Or did you mean a different sort of 'own'
Tiberiu911
The problem with any respawning NPC is that they disappear after awhile. The problem with any Non-respawning NPC is that once they're dead, they're dead. You can kinda get a middle ground by changing the amount of days till a respawn happens, but you're still going to run into this problem. In this case, I have trouble understanding why you'd want to kill off the whole population of a city, thus making it a ghost town, ruining future events, or at the least running into a few people who simply dont want to die. You might considder talking to a therapist about this profound need to run around killing helpless individuals. Sure, a little random bloodshed is ok, but going to such lengths to see it happen just isn't healthy. I'm not looking to start the whole videogames and violence debate here. Blaming vidiogames for your own actions is just stupidity. I am simply suggesting that this want to run through a town slaughtering everyone might be part of some deeper antagonism toward organized society. Video games didn't make you violent, Oblivion didn't make you violent, they simply helped you realize those violent desires that you may not be able to control on your own. Simply, get help before you decide to act something out in reality. Wow, you have a degree in psychology? Like other people already said, Oblivion isnt a game designed to do what you intend to. If you want to be an evil badass, play Fable, Kotor 1 & 2, or Jade Empire.
Birdcatmeow
face it , youll never be emperor in this game. It officially ends when Martin turns to a statue. Though i can suggest a mod that gives you a huge amount of diffrent spells. You will feel like Mahrunes Dagon if you use it. Its the best i can offer . Just read the description and then the readme. Its more than just shooting ppl youll see. http://www.tessource.net/files/cache/3821.html
