Random crashes. Load order?

I just started this game and the further i get into it, the more frequent the random crashes i get.

 

Here is my load order as I suspect that one or more mods might be the problem.

Have you merged your patches yet?

No. I had FO3 installed a long time ago and tried to merge patches and such. It didn't go so well.

Well I know with some of these mods it is good to merge. I use both FO3edit merge and gary bash merged and my crashes are very rare.
