Purr4me Posted November 19, 2014 Share Posted November 19, 2014 give me some time here, this is hard to do using a kindle fire on remote to my home, and the home PC is not so cooperative at the moment.I had the first one installed and ran it remotely and saw the same things , then i saw the game had crashed. set reboot and connected and uninstalled the fiirst one ,now installing the performance one and will see if that one has the same issues. later on tonight, when I get how, I'll have a look at these things. NMC should not have anything to alter things if FOWE is loaded underneath it as well as installed after it was installed, FOWE ...if used with nmm, will no doubt cramp your style a bit. I don't care what takes place at game runtime or what others say nmm is capable of ,that plugin list is registry bound so that is how it will load. fix that first, secondly, please use the patches correctly, fellouts FOWE patch is sitting at the top where it will do zero good , look down..you see the word full any where? do you know or understand what "FULL" means? it runs by it's self, no other additional data is needed, yet you have it there. so.....fix the load order, get the plugins ion the proper places...I bet things will look a lot better knowing the game see's things correctly. your game is all jumbled up. But, I won't upload their data. this is fair from where I sit..-------------file requires statics, not containers as object targets, that's why there is a problem. containers have no textures. just at the bottom of the vault101 hill as you walk into spring vale, there is a Blue mail drop box, that's comes up as a static, where here, in this mod, it comes up as a container. this needs to be rewritten unless it is / was meant to show a black vending machine? and invisible eaten away drop boxes .but I seriously doubt there would be such a thing "indoors". it's all in the binary files codes, it did not matter about the extraction though that gave me better roads and things, crystal clear ICE too. I repaired all the ICE forestland even went so far to start to promo it again... the problem is..it's not mine to do as I wish. so I burnt it to a dvd and put it away , it's now in a box somewhere in storage..across town.right now, I am shutting it down due to very bad rendering bugs it is causing my other mods. the problem is, I am running vanilla software, it's not patched, it's not all hacked to bits with patch works and things.it's 100% vanilla untouched data. in order to produce a working set of files I need for another project that has nothing to do with direct-x, I need Pristine software of known Origins running. I can't have guess works here.http://s26.postimg.org/fuykg6m89/Screen_Shot120.jpgBe cause I use MO, IT gives me the freedom to .."on the fly" install and test mods, impartially done and default.........if I sit here and try to match every one else...then it's not the same , any results would be void, "INVALID"some screen shot I have prepared and am uploading to view are tests done with this thing in tow. havoc is the appropriate word for this engine.Nothing but. ...how ever, the procedures may be out of your skill zone, it's daunting and you must have the knowledge to make it work correctly. one data bye in the wrong place is enough to stop the game from running.that shot shows the ground, it's not white, where it should be white with other mods installed, but it's not "stable" so, the real ground is showing up, plus, the color of the trees and foliage are not correct either. the dirty parts, they are removed as if you were to make a copy of the bad parts into a patch file By hand using fo3edit, and it does not matter which version, you just need access to the lines of code and know how of what to do with it. once you hand pick out the bad stuff, , it's placed into an outside esp as a reliever, you remove these strings of bad code from the master file.so ,you end up with the exact data that was out of order in a esp bellow the source, but is now IN order as a separate Entente which can be shut off and not even ran.http://s26.postimg.org/8t0mtzimh/Screen_Shot102.jpgthis is a manually mind cleaning process, it's not automated ,you, the user are in control and make all the decisions as you should be doing with the tool any way.that was from these:http://s26.postimg.org/4l5ul8h6x/Screen_Shot94.jpgI have more but the internet is slow as a snail tonight. Purr4me Posted November 20, 2014 Share Posted November 20, 2014 (edited) what it is I want you to look at is the surrounding areas of the objects that were once objectionable to you but now are being rendered correctly.you might notice HOW the cell actually responds...."works" with objects within them.http://s26.postimg.org/jos0pc3k9/incorrect_mesh_file_used.jpg if the object in the world space is altered but is called up by any other string, thread, a piece of code that effect s that object, then the links / ref's cross data lines........a line of code can consist of just about any thing, but in this case here, it's effecting the lighting of that cells areas.http://s26.postimg.org/fgx8gl24p/correct.jpg It takes a long time to get the hang of this stuff...what's bad is when you get too used to it, and then get lazy.........then we end up with a whole lot of junk .rushed out the door just to make things happen too fast. In the geck I repaired the correct paths to the "vending machine", it uses the static map as well as all the rest that go with it at that point in the games structure. If we remove an object from the game world / replace it with out having other data that it was connected too, then you end up with Junk ,CTD's in the cells as you enter them. in the above shots, there it shows the exact file path.....Know this ,there is no files at that location for this mod to even use.Hence why I asked you to check your packages, do you have these mesh files and are they in folders laid out in structure as shown here within the binary? do the paths match?I doubt there is. it;s was made this way, I can only assume deliberately in order to render Black data and invisible mail drop boxes, to give it a winterized look. I don't believe any other after thoughts were done. Hubris Comics area, that does need to be fixed, I'm not going to fix it because that data is from the anchorage DLC..and is missing substructure data that will prevent the DLLC from working, so, you walk under water that is really there instead of solid ground, in this case ICE. kitty is here to say, "you want to impress me?", make me some real hons est to goodness roses for fallout 3's data base every girl can Enjoy.Make me some real Bethesda data From THIS data base here using THIS software ,and this girl will be happy. The underlying codes that are in all the files listed here are not all that hard to make.
