JCZ
Hey all... I don't know if this has been presented here before as I am new in these forums. Anyways my problem is that I can't progress into the "Meet with Vivec" quest in Morrowind. I have been named Hortator by all great houses and been named Nerevarine by all four tribes. For some reason though I keep getting the same reply when trying to talk to the healer at the High Fane in Vivec. She tells me not to speak to her before I'm named by all houses and tribes... WHICH I AM!! I'm suspecting it to be because I was named Nerevarine before attempting with the great houses but what on earth can I do? Is there no other way than to load a save game and start over with the namings? If you know of some command to type in the console to complete the namings again, I would really like to hear about it! Your advice is desperatly needed. - Jacob
Malchik
There are a few problems in this area. Try going to speak with the Archcannon first or pick the lock to Vivec´s palace and go and speak to him directly. You can use the command únlock´if you do not have a high enough security skill. Thanks for replying! :) Unfortunately it didn't work... All I get from Vivec is that I'm uninvited and all the archcannon does is tell me that I'm a false incarnate. What an *** Got other ideas? This is getting tiresome! :-/ Do you have any other codes that might work? And thanks for posting... :)
Marxist ßastard
You could always just kill Vivec and complete the main quest that way.

JCZ
I can see him doing that now *tries to hit and misses* "You N'wah!" BOOM :D Hah hah. :P Anywho I'd rather not kill Vivec. I like the storyline and it feels kinda wrong to kill a main character. Why the **** aren't there any trigger codes like in Oblivion (that vampire cure code "setcureready 1" or something. There has to be some sort of trigger that the game doesn't "see"
