Crashing on the loading screen

Hello, I've run into a bit of a problem...

As the title says, whenever I load a save in Oblivion, the game loads normally and after a while it just crashes.

My most recently added mods were:

HUD Status Bars

Deadly Reflex

and

LoadingScreens by Growlf

 

Last time, everything was okay when I had these mods. Then I deactivated Deadly Reflex and wanted to re-install the status bars because there were 2 Oblivion XP bars(One was Skyrim and the other was the normal one) and the compass was the plain one. I did so and installed "10 - Optional Compass HUD base - (Dark)DarN" as I didn't install it before. Next time I loaded up the game, the crashing happened.

 

I thought it was because of some other mod. So I tried deactivating the HUD status bars, nothing. I went ahead and deactivated deadly reflex, nothing and the same thing with the loading screens, nothing. So I'm stuck on what file is causing the crash. I used TESEdit and didn't find anything that required a master file.

 

I've posted my load order below(Yes, I know it sucks and is full of s***), I'd greatly appreciate it if you could help!
