StartCombat and CTD

Welcome, I am having an issue connected with StartCombat function. It seems that this function is unreliable in situations like this: I am scanning in 1 sec interval 9 cells around me and getting actors references(there are a lot of conditions prevented bed references as getdead,disabled,isactoraioff,angle,distance,even getlos and getdetected), but in ONE situation it always causes CTD:for example when NPC has just traveled throw the door and when NPC is present near you(and he is still not moving), when you use startcombat, there is great risk of CTD - the only way I have found is to delay using this function by 2-5s(sometimes even longer and if you do not predict correct one CTD), but for me it is not a solution. I wonder if somebody knows something about it and how to prevent it...
