status caster mage specialization

I would like a custom mage specialization that focuses on status effects.

 

I was thinking that the four abilities would be curses (long casting time) and one static ability

 

1. Mass Misdirection Hex

2. Mass Death Hex

3. Mass Crushing Prison

4. non damage spells casting time reduced by half. ie mass paralysis.

 

I was going to try and make it myself but I couldn't find a good tutorial for making specializations and I have no idea how to use the toolset for dragon age. The last toolset I was able to figure out was the original neverwinter nights toolset. I am not all that good at toolsets.
