GhostOfYork
I'm not sure what the issue is, but lately I've been checking out some mods that alter the main menu appearance/music. No matter which mod I choose, the background is always super low-res despite being fullscreen (though I believe this is a result of using the mod that forces windowed mode to fill screen to remove mouse acceleration/movement stutter). But my primary issue lies elsewhere. No matter what mod or music used, the main menu music will not change. I have used various different songs converted to xwm format and none seem to take, even the ones where the mod changes the music on it's own. It is always the default Dovahkin/drum build up. Any ideas?
Zyrez
I'm having the exact same problem. I made my own cover to The Elder Scrolls Theme a few days ago and decided tonight that I'd try replacing Skyrim's default title screen music with my own song, after 2 hours of tearing my hair out and wondering why it wasn't working I tried downloading 3 mods that replace the title music that were made by other people and these aren't working either. I do, however, have the initial intro sequence movie disabled and I'm not sure whether or not this is related to the issue, but I can't for the life of me enable it again so I don't know if having the loading movie disabled is causing this. If anyone can help, I'd really appreciate it. Edit: To clarify, the problem isn't caused by my own lack of understanding of the process or neglecting any steps. I've gone through the entire process of replacing the title screen music, from converting the WAV file into XWM to placing it into Data\music\special to even creating a BSA file accompanied by a dummy ESP. I've done all of this, and more, numerous times without a successful result. Edited January 29, 2015 by Zyrez
