Equip Last equipped Weapon

I was wondering if anyone knew a way to make a command that had the player equip the last weapon he had equipped.

 

I have taken a stab at it and the only possible solution that came to me was to create an extremely long elseif statement that would check every id, but I tossed that out as it would not be compatible with any mods that add weapons.

 

Suggestions very welcome.
