Fallout 3 BSA Browser problem

I recently started modding fallout with GECK, and even more recently switched to Windows 7. I just got my fallout back up and running with most of the mods I had before I switched to Windows 7, I extracted the Fallout - Meshes file to another folder when I was using vista and was using that to edit creatures like the Yao Guai and Death Claws. I tried the same thing with Windows 7, it works, but when I go to exit out of the BSA Browser, I get an error that says

"Something bad seems to have happened. As long as it wasn't too bad, a crash dump will have been saved in 'fomm\crashdump.txt' Please include the contents of the file is you wish to make a bug error"

It wont let me close the BSA Browser, it just constantly says that message, and when I search in my fomm folder, I cant find a file called crashdump.txt, I even did a computer wide search for 'crashdump' and it couldnt find the file. I dont know what to do, can anyone help?
