Disabling physics for non-static items?

Hello everyone,

 

Just wondering whether it is possible to disable an object's physics in the GECK so that it becomes a static object in-game. If so how? I have a feeling that the only way to achieve this is to create a static copy of the same object in the GECK.

As far as doing this only in the GECK, your feeling is correct.

 

Another option would be to change some havok settings in the particular mesh (using NifSkope). Unless you wanted all instances of that object in the game to be static, you would still want to create a new object, but it could be any Form type.
