steam install directions

can somone run me thru the steam directions to install omod and obse and my mods i had the d2d version till i found out i couldnt use obse or any of the good mods with it. i uninstalled the d2d version and downloaded the steam version of oblivion goty. ive never used steam before so no clue what i have to do or where stuff has to go. here is my mod list i have them installed i think except my silver light armor is invisible or just gone. and im invisible instead of the dk race. im a walking shield with a set of arrows and a sword walking around for the whole of 45 second till game crashes. i have windows vista 64. i have omod omm wrybash boss python. mods are in the order boss sugested and its crashing on me. and body replacer isnt showing up at all nor is my dk race.
