Load Order Off?

Hello. I think i've screwed up my load order and now i don't know how to fix it. According to FO3MasterUpdate, BOSS and FOMS everything should be working just fine, yet there seems to be a problem with textures (e.g. power armor, dogmeat).

According to FoMM Load order report however, some of the crucial .esm are not loading or can not be found, which leaves me confused as they seem to be present and loading just fine:
