"Random" Crashes on loading screens "Randomly."

Ok, I keep getting these crashes now when I go trough something that needs loading, randomly though, which means I can save right like outside a door, go in it might crash, if it does I can reload and this time it will work for some reason. This also happens sometimes if I load a save file when I'm ingame. (The First load always seems to work though anything other than the first seems like luck.) Also don't know if it's related, also 2 times Oblivion crashed trying to open the World Map....

I also crashed like 3 times in the waterfront after loading and moving around for a few seconds, if it doesn't crash in the first few seconds after loading is done it doesn't crash after, (Well until I go into another area or try to open the world map then it's luck if I don't crash) I don't know if it's related problem either, but I'd like to fix it too.

I would have grateful if someone here could help me figure out this annoying problem.

I've already tried removing Crowded cities though as I thought it could be conflicting with Better Cities, but crashes anyway.

My PC Specs if it helps:

Windows 7, 64 Bit

XFX ATi Radeon® 4890 XXX 1GB DDR5

Intel® Core™2 Quad CPU Q8400 @ 3GHz

4GB RAM

Your computer is about as powerful as mine, give or take a few things here and there.

I get the same problem. Seriously, I just ignore it and try to remember to save before each door. I quicksave as well as regular save, and while some people say not to, I've never had a problem except once and it was fixed by loading a hard save.

This game crashes. It's part of its charm.

You might try this:

http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=22282

It stops some crashes, but not all. It plays the windows ding when it has, and nothing is more satisfying.

I actually already use that, it stops a few crashes, but most of the time I hear the ding and my game either crashes anyway or just freezes and the music keeps going.

I know Oblivion crashes sometimes, but not like ever other 4 loading screens, it's terribly annoying.

Also forgot to say, but the Error that comes up when I crash is a C++ Runtime Error.

Well, I "fixed" it. I removed Better Cities and now no more of this.

I'm pretty sure I installed it correct and had it correct in load order and etc, it all looked fine in game as well at least. I'm guessing something was conflicting with it. Would like some help on how I would figure out what is because I quite like Better Cities.
