ExRRaven Posted November 22, 2014 Share Posted November 22, 2014 I'm having this issue where npc's are spawned twice. I've mostly noticed it in 188 Trading post and the casinos on the strip. It really hits my performance and drops my fps way down. I don't know really whats causing it. I think it may be something to do with NVEC (Not using NVCE) and New Vegas Redesigned 3.
