albonaut Posted August 22, 2010 Share Posted August 22, 2010 Yes, as sad as it is, the Imperial Dragon Armor is not leveled. However, there are plenty of different mods out there that change the armor and make it better, just search tesnexus for "imperial dragon" without the quotes, and you'll get more mods than you can shake a stick at (well, not really, 3 pages worth at this point in time).
